The Carers Support Bureau are also a part of The Bedfordshire Carers Exchange which is a group of voluntary organisations and charities working in partnership to support informal carers throughout the County. The Exchange was helped developed by our service in 2003 and has since organised numerous events to raise awareness of carers issues both in the community and with the health profession.
