BRCC carried out a feasibility study in 2007/08 into multi-use centres as a means of increasing access to services and employment in disadvantaged areas across Bedfordshire and Luton.  This was funded by the Enterprise strand of Investing in Communities.  Click the blue highlighted text to read the Executive Summary (79 KB), and here for the full Final Report (350 KB).
