The ILM Programme offers individuals the opportunity to find employment through a flexible package of support. BRCC runs the programme in Bedfordshire under contract to the Shaw Trust.

Individuals starting the ILM programme will be offered four days work experience and one days training for 26 weeks. It is the project’s intention to meet an individual’s specific needs, so this could be extended and part time hours may also be available. While individuals are attending the ILM Programme they will be employed by Shaw Trust and will be paid a wage. The ILM Programme is open to people that have been claiming benefits for more than 12 months where their disability of health condition is a barrier to finding employment.
