Through our trading arm, BRCC Services Ltd, we can offer a range of community and stakeholder engagement services to public and private sector clients:

  • Stakeholder engagement process design and management
  • Advice on most appropriate methods of engagement
  • Workshop facilitation and other practical engagement tools
  • Support for developers in establishing an operational interface with community interests affected by development plans

Luton Northern Bypass

    
Design and delivery of a facilitated community stakeholder workshop in 2009, on behalf of Luton Borough Council and Bedfordshire County Council.

    
The Wixams    
The Wixams is a 750 acre development site for which 4,500 homes are planned. For many years, BRCC facilitated a Joint Parishes Steering Group, which worked with developer Gallagher Estates to resolve issues raised by residents in affected parishes, some of whom lived within the area being developed. In addition, BRCC helped individual residents to resolve specific issues with the developer.
