BRCC was also at the forefront of setting up the county healthy walking initiative, Walk 4 Health in Bedfordshire, which delivers a programme of regular, volunteer-led walks aimed at those who want to walk on a regular basis in company, together with training for the volunteer walk leaders.

We have been involved in developing a number of recreational walking, cycling and horse riding routes, such as Ivel and Ouse walks.
